The MotionLab studio in central Genoa is at Piazza Piccapietra 68, 16121 Genoa. It sits directly above the Piccapietra car park, a large covered garage: park underneath and come straight up.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 20:30. Saturday, 9:00 to 12:30. We are closed on Sundays.
What you find here
Technogym Biostrength machines with adaptive load, adjusting the weight in real time and recording every repetition. Full changing rooms with showers. A trainer with you for the whole session, always. A maximum of six people at a time: no queues, no crowded floors. Entry by booking only, through the app.
The trainers
Niccolò Arecco, Head of training, and Motion Trainers Marco, Samuele and Gianluca. The same team runs both studios, with the same method and the same standards. Sessions can be run entirely in English.
